Happy New Year! We wish everyone all the best in the year to come!
In the Brown house, we have resolved to put more focus on healthy habits in 2011. Not that we've been unhealthy this past year, but it's an area we think we can improve (there's always room for that, right?). We're aiming to: get more sleep, drink more water, eat a healthier diet, and keep general anxieties low (shoot for the stars, we say!). Wish us luck. With small kids, we have learned to simply do the best we can with goals like these; some days will certainly be easier than others. But we'll give it our best shot! We're wishing you the best of health in 2011 as well.
